When will my order be shipped?
All pre-order items are shipped within up to 3 weeks from the date your order is placed.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us at support@stayrare.ch as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes.
How do I know my order has been confirmed?
You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. If you don’t receive one, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We proudly ship Stay Rare products worldwide.
How long does shipping take?
All pre-order items are dispatched within up to 3 weeks.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
Switzerland: 3–5 business days
International: 7–15 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Is shipping free?
We offer:
- Free shipping within Switzerland on orders over CHF 150
- Free international shipping on orders over CHF 350
Shipping costs for smaller orders are calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

How do Stay Rare products fit?
Each Stay Rare piece is designed with its intended fit in mind, whether that’s oversized, relaxed, fitted, or cropped.

If you prefer a more fitted silhouette, we recommend sizing down where appropriate.
If you love a relaxed or oversized look, choose your usual size.

What materials are Stay Rare products made from?
We carefully select premium-quality materials chosen for comfort, durability, and everyday wear.
Material compositions vary between products and can be found on each individual product page. We use low-tox materials !
Where are Stay Rare products made?
Our products are thoughtfully designed in Switzerland and manufactured by carefully selected production partners who share our commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and responsible manufacturing. Mostly produced in Portugal.
How do I care for my Stay Rare products?
To help your garments last for years to come, please follow the care instructions found on the product label and product page.
Following the recommended care instructions will help maintain the quality, fit, and longevity of your Stay Rare pieces.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In their original packaging
- With all original tags attached
Sale items and gift cards are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I start a return?
Simply email support@stayrare.ch with your order number, and our team will guide you through the return process.
How long do refunds take?
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as the secure payment methods displayed during checkout.
