Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use this website. By using this site, you represent that you meet this requirement or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Orders
All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock discrepancies.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable Swiss VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice.
Product Information
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, colours, and product details are displayed as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings.
Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Switzerland
- Standard shipping: 3–5 business days
- Free shipping on orders over CHF 100
International
- Standard shipping: 7–14 business days
- Free shipping on international orders over CHF 350
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Pre-Orders
All pre-order items are made available for purchase before they are ready to be dispatched. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be shipped. The estimated shipping timeframe will be indicated on the relevant product page where applicable.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order may be shipped together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Return & Exchange Policy
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, products must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In their original packaging
- With all original tags attached
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To initiate a return, please contact support@stayrare.ch with your order number.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or an incorrect product was received.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
